农户特征对土地承包经营权代际传承意愿的影响分析——基于新疆958户农户调查数据

摘　　要：研究农户土地承包经营权代际传承,能够有效解决“谁来种地”和“农业继承人危机”问题。本研究利用新疆8个地(州)958户农户调查数据,采用二元Logisitic回归模型,分析农户个人特征与家庭特征对土地承包经营权代际传承的影响。结果表明:①农户土地承包经营权代际传承意愿总体较弱,仅有22.23%的农户明确表示愿意子女继续从事农业经营。②农户个人特征中年龄、政治面貌、技能培训等变量对土地承包经营权代际传承具有显著正向影响,务农年限、受教育年限、婚姻状况具有负向影响。③农户家庭特征中家庭农业劳动力数量、家庭经营耕地面积等变量对农户土地承包经营权代际传承具有积极影响,家庭劳动力数量、土地确权、村离县城距离具有负向影响。To study the intergenerational inheritance of farmers′contracted land management rights can effectively solve the crisis of farming and agricultural heirs.Based on the survey data of 958 households in 8 prefectures(prefectures)of Xinjiang,this paper adopted the binary logistic regression model to analyze the influence of individual characteristics and family characteristics of households on the intergenerational inheritance of contracted land management rights.The results showed that:①Farmers′intention of intergenerational inheritance of contracted land management rights was weak on the whole,and only 22.23%of farmers clearly indicated that their children would continue to engage in agricultural management.②The age,political status and skill training variables of the individual characteristics of farmers had a significant positive impact on the intergenerational inheritance of contracted land management rights,while the years of farming,years of education and marital status had a negative impact.③Variables in household characteristics,e.g.,the number of family agricultural labor force and the area of cultivated land operated by families,had a positive impact on the intergenerational inheritance of farmers′contracted land management right,while the number of family labor force,land ownership confirmation and distance from village to county had a negative impact.
