摘  要:针对可穿戴智能手套自供能的瓶颈问题,提出了一种无电池自供能的无线手势识别智能手套的系统实现方案。采用并联式压电发电机收集肘部运动形变产生的机械能,并引入整流和转移两级储能结构,设计并实现了高效的能量收集管理模块,实测该模块收集的平均功率可达43.405μW。采用低功耗单片机和蓝牙传输协议,并结合无源柔性传感器组,设计并实现了低功耗的信号采集传输模块,实测完成一轮60次手势信号采集和传输消耗总能量为2125.132μJ。利用上述模块搭建了无线手势识别智能手套并进行了测试,测试结果表明系统可以在无电池自供能的条件下完成对简单手势信息的采集和传输工作。Aiming at the bottleneck problem of self-powered wearable intelligent gloves,a system implementation scheme of wireless gesture recognition intelligent gloves without battery was proposed.The parallel piezoelectric generator was used to collect the mechanical energy generated by the movement and deformation of the elbow,and the rectifier and transfer two-stage energy storage structure was introduced.An efficient energy collection and management module was designed and implemented.The average power collected by the module can reach 43.405μW.A low-power signal acquisition and transmission module was designed and implemented by using low-power microcontroller and Bluetooth transmission protocol,combined with passive flexible sensor group.The total energy consumed to complete a round of 60 gesture signal acquisition and transmission was measured to be 2125.132μJ.Using the above modules,the wireless gesture recognition intelligent glove was built and tested,and the test results show that the system can complete the collection and transmission of simple gesture information without battery self-powered conditions.
