双高建设背景下工会助力青年教师成长成才探究

摘　　要：青年教师素质水平一定程度上决定着高职院校“双高建设”的成效,关系着职业教育内涵式发展,高校工会作为高校与青年教师的桥梁和纽带,对青年教师成长成才至关重要。为此,本文在全面分析青年教师现状的基础上,从注重政治理论学习、注重师德师风建设、加强专业技能培训、提升教学科研基本能力、强化人文关怀和转变工会工作理念等五方面出发,提出高校工会助力青年教师成长成才的路径。The quality level of young teachers determines the efficency of the Double-high contruction of high vocational colleges.It is very vital to the contation development of vocational education.As a brdige and bond between the schools and young teachers,the trade unions in high schools are very important.So,on the basis of five aspectsw of analyzing the present situation of young teachers,paying attention to studying political theory,construction of teachers’ethics,enhancing the training of teaching skills,scientific ability,strengthening the humanistic concern,and changing the working ideas of the trade union,the paths of helping young teachers to grow up are given here.
