摘 要:种植修复体邻接触丧失(proximal contact loss,PCL)问题在临床上越发突显。临床上种植修复体与天然牙的邻面接触间隙大于50微米时被定义为邻接触丧失。邻接触丧失会导致食物嵌塞从而出现种植体周围炎。研究证实由于人体自身生理因素的影响,邻接触丧失发生风险与种植修复治疗时间呈显著相关性。因此研究其发生的生理因素,采取有效的防治措施以降低其发生风险具有较大的临床意义。本文就种植修复体邻接触丧失生理因素与相关防治措施的研究进展进行综述。The problem of interproximal contact loss(PCL)in implant restorations is becoming more and more prominent in clinical practice.Loss of interproximal contact is clinically defined when the adjacent contact gap between the implant and the natural teeth is greater than 50 microns.Adjacent contact loss causes food impaction and leads to peri-implantitis.The study confirmed that due to the influence of the human body's own physiological factors,the risk of interproximal contact loss was significantly correlated with the time of implant restoration treatment.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to study the physiological factors of its occurrence and to take effective preventive measures to reduce its occurrence risk.This article reviews the research progress on the physiological factors and related prevention measures of the interproximal contactloss in implant restorations.
