摘　　要：目的探讨miR-26a、IL-17、Hcy在胃癌患者外周血中的表达及其与胃癌复发的关系。方法选取我院2016年10月至2020年10月收治的120例胃癌患者(胃癌组),选择同期年龄、性别匹配的120例胃部良性病变患者(良性病变组),及健康体检者120名(健康对照组),比较各组外周血miR-26a、IL-17、Hcy表达水平,分析其对胃癌的诊断价值;根据胃癌患者术后是否复发,分为复发组(n=54)及未复发组(n=66),分析其对胃癌复发的诊断价值。结果胃癌组miR-26a表达水平低于良性病变组及健康对照组,IL-17、Hcy表达水平高于良性病变组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。miR-26a、IL-17、Hcy三者联合诊断胃癌的AUC高于单一检测(P<0.05)。复发组miR-26a表达水平低于健康对照组,IL-17及Hcy水平高于未复发组(P<0.05)。结论miR-26a、IL-17、Hcy在胃癌患者外周血中均呈异常表达,联合三者对胃癌复发的诊断价值最高。Objective To investigate the expressions of miR-26a,IL-17 and Hcy in patients with gastric cancer and their relationship with recurrence of gastric cancer.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from Oct.2016 to Oct.2020 were selected as gastric cancer group,120 patients with benign gastric diseases matched in age and sex in the same period as benign disease group,and 120 healthy subjects as healthy control group.The expression levels of miR-26a,IL-17 and Hcy in plasma were detected,and the diagnostic values of them in gastric cancer were analyzed.Accroding to recurrence states,patients with gastric cancer were divided into recurrent group(n=54)and non-recurrent group(n=66).The diagnostic values of them in recurrence of gastric cancer were analyzed.Results The expression level of miR-26a in gastric cancer group was lower,while IL-17 and Hcy higher than those in benign lesion group and healthy control group.The AUC of these 3 markers combined was higher than that of a single marker.The expression level of miR-26a in the recurrent group was lower,while IL-17 and Hcy higher than those in the healthy control group.Conclusion The expressions of miR-26a,IL-17 and Hcy are abnormal in patients with gastric cancer,and they all have diagnostic value in gastric cancer and the combination of these 3 markers has the highest diagnostic value for recurrence of gastric cancer.
