摘　　要：改道性结肠炎是指粪便改道后发生于旷置肠管的非特异性炎症。随着国内外对于疾病认识的加深,其高发病率不容忽视。因此,本文就改道性结肠炎治疗现状及前景进行总结,期望对于患者的治疗方案选择提供思路。Diversion colitis(DC)is a non-specific inflammation of the bowel after fecal diversion.With in-depth of the understanding of the disease,its high incidence can not be ignored.This article summarized the current situation and prospects of DC therapy,and expected to provide ideas for the treatment of patients.
