摘  要:食物中的营养物质及其代谢产物参与结肠癌的发生发展。食物中的脂肪、碳水化合物、蛋白、膳食纤维以及益生菌均影响肠道菌群,与胃肠道的健康和疾病密不可分,特别在结肠,脂肪及膳食纤维的代谢产物参与调节肠道炎症等作用。GPR43、GPR41、GPR109A均为短链脂肪酸受体,虽然既往已经报道短链脂肪酸及其受体在抑制结肠肿瘤中的相关机制,但本文通过总结近年来新的相关研究,为短链脂肪酸及其受体抑制结肠癌新的机制作一综述。Nutrients and metabolites are involved in development of colon cancer.Fat,carbohydrate,protein,dietary fiber and probiotics which all affect intestinal flora in the gut and are closely related to the health and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.Especially in the colon,the metabolites of fat and dietary fiber are involved in regulating intestinal inflammation.GPR43,GPR41 and GPR109A are short-chain fatty acid receptors.Although the mechanisms of short-chain fatty acids and their receptors in the inhibition of colon cancer have been reported in the past,this paper reviewed the new mechanisms of short chain fatty acids and their receptors in the inhibition of colon cancer by summarizing the new studies in recent years.
