摘 要:高校“三全育人”格局的形成和有效实施,需要激活每一个思政教育元素、畅通工作流程、完善工作机制。辅导员作为高校里与学生联系最紧密的教师和大学生思想政治教育的主力军,应当自觉融入学校“三全育人”格局,突破学生教育管理者和思想政治教育工作者的单一角色定位,积极承担学校思想政治教育工作的协调反馈者和学生思想认识整合推动者的角色,增强大局观念、协同观念和系统观念,深入联系学生、持续优化方法、持续学习提升,在“三全育人”体系中发挥积极作用。The formation and effective implementation of the“three aspects of education”pattern in colleges and universities require activating every element of ideological and political education,unblocking work processes,and improving work mechanisms.As the teacher with the closest connection with students in colleges and univer⁃sities and the main force of ideological and political education for college students,counselors should consciously integrate into the“three aspects of education”pattern.Counselors should break through the single role orientation of students’education manager and ideological and political education worker,actively expand the role require⁃ments of the coordination and feedback of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,as well as the promotion of the integration of students’ideological and political awareness.In practice,they should enhance the overall situation concept,collaborative concept and systematic concept.They should deeply connect with students,continuously optimize work methods,continuously study and improve themselves,play a positive role in the“three aspects of education”system.
