摘　　要：随着社会的发展和环境的变化,当代大学生呈现诸多新的思维方式和行为特点,部分大学生存在学习目标不明确、学习主动性不足等状况,对于高校学风建设工作提出了很大挑战。专职辅导员和专业班主任作为与学生学习和生活联系最紧密的两支队伍,需要加强协同联动,打通沟通渠道,共同为学生打造一个健康积极、奋发努力的学习环境。With the development of society and the change of environment,contemporary college students present many new ways of thinking and behavior,such as unclear learning goals,lack of learning initiative,incorrect learning methods and so on,which pose a great challenge to the construction of the overall style of study in colleges and universities.As the two teams most closely related to students’study and life,full-time counselors and professional class teachers need to strengthen coordination and linkage,open up communication channels,and jointly create a healthy,positive and hard-working learning environment for students.
