摘  要:传统的材料力学教学方式已经不能适应当代大学生的知识和技能需求,亟待改进。该文从学生和教师的角度分析了材料力学课程教学中存在的问题和不足,并通过对教学全过程中各个阶段的分析,提出了一系列教学优化方法:从第一节课开始激起学生学习材料力学的兴趣和动力,通过翻转课堂和课程实践来提高学生的自主学习能力和对知识的运用水平,建立师生相互反馈机制,促进师生交流,提高教学效率,优化考核方式,提升教学质量。The traditional teaching methods of Material Mechanics are no longer suitable for the knowledge and skills needs of contemporary college students,and need to be improved.This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the teaching of Material Mechanics from the perspective of students and teachers,and puts forward a series of teaching optimization methods through the analysis of each stage in the whole teaching process,such as starting from the first class to arouse students’interest and motivation in learning Material Mechanics,improving students’autonomous learning ability and knowledge application level through flipped classroom and curriculum practice,establishing mutual feedback mechanism between teachers and students,promoting communication between teachers and students,improving teaching efficiency,optimizing assessment methods,and improving teaching quality.
