摘  要:新时代背景下,高校青年教师正逐步成为培养社会主义建设者和接班人的中坚力量。提升高校青年教师的课堂教学能力,机遇与挑战并存。首先要深化对教师教学能力的认知,不断提升青年教师的课前设计能力、课堂讲授能力、课前复习和课后总结能力。其次要加强对高校青年教师的培养,开创学校与青年教师共同成长的良好局面,形成推动青年教师发展成长的制度保障,学校为青年教师展示自己提供机遇和平台。最后提出提升高校青年教师课堂教学能力的路径,主要包括提升修养水平、语言水平、应变能力,以及用好教学方法和教学媒体的能力等。Under the background of the new era,young college teachers are gradually becoming the backbone of training socialist builders and successors.To improve the classroom teaching ability of young college teachers,opportunities and challenges coexist.Firstly,it is necessary to deepen the understanding of teachers’teaching abilities and continuously improve young teachers’pre-class design ability,classroom teaching ability,pre-class review and post-class summary ability.Secondly,it is necessary to enhance the cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities,create a good situation for the common growth of schools and young teachers,and form an institutional guarantee to promote the development and growth of young teachers.Schools provide opportunities and platforms for young teachers to demonstrate themselves.Finally,the path for improving the classroom teaching ability of young college teachers mainly includes improving the level of cultivation,language proficiency,adaptability,and the ability to make good use of teaching methods and teaching media.
