摘　　要：推进教师轮岗交流高质量实施,交流教师的考核评价是较为关键的一环。该文以安康市十县区225名交流教师和校长为对象,采用问卷和访谈的方法调查城乡交流教师考核评价的现状及存在的问题,并从评价工作的认知态度、多元的评价主体、动态多样的评价方式、个性化的评价标准及评价结果的使用等方面提出相应解决策略。To promote the high-quality implementation of teacher rotation,the assessment and evaluation of exchange teachers is a key link.Taking 225 exchange teachers and principals in ten counties and districts of Ankang City as objects,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation and existing problems of the assessment and evaluation of urban-rural exchange teachers.Corresponding solutions are put forward from the aspects of the cognitive attitude of evaluation work,multiple evaluation subjects,dynamic and diverse evaluation methods,personalized evaluation standards and the use of evaluation results.
