摘　　要：深化产教融合是积极推动现代职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,也是各高职院校彰显办学特色、提高教学质量的重要途径。但在具体实施过程中,各院校实际情况不同,专业特点不同,需要采取不同的方式。以连锁经营与管理专业为例,对产教融合相关背景进行概述,分析产教融合在连锁经营与管理专业人才培养中的意义,探讨当前职业院校该专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,给出具体的解决策略,为职业院校教育工作者提供理论参考与借鉴。Deepening the integration of industry and education is an important measure to actively promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education,and also an important way for higher vocational colleges to highlight the characteristics of running schools and improve the quality of teaching.However,in the specific implementation process,the actual situations of the colleges and universities are different,and the professional characteristics are different,so we need to adopt different ways.Taking chain operation and management professionals,as an example,the integration background is elaborated,the significance of the integration in chain operation and management professional talent training,the problems existing in the process of professional personnel training are analyzed,and specific solutions are put forward to provide theoretical reference for vocational colleges education workers.
