载人航天精神与学生的劳动精神培育研究

摘　　要：载人航天精神与劳动精神之间存在高度的契合性,是培育学生劳动精神的重要精神平台。载人航天精神能够催生学生对劳动真谛的向往、对奋斗价值的向往、对在劳动中实现中国梦的向往。培育学生的劳动精神,应充分挖掘载人航天精神,培育学生吃得了苦的精神、直面现实的战斗精神、敢干实干的攻关精神、有担当的奉献精神。As there is a high degree of compatibility with the labour spirit,the manned spaceflight spirit is an important platform for cultivating the students’labour spirit.It is the value of the manned spaceflight spirit to urge students to yearn for the true meaning of labour,the struggle,and the realization of the Chinese dream through labour.The cultivation of the students’labour spirit is to cultivate their spirit of suffering,fighting spirit of facing reality,spirit of tackling key problems with courage,and spirit of commitment.
