摘　　要：《黄帝内经》最先提出“同病异治”,见于《素问·病能论篇》及《素问·五常政大论篇》,而其对同病异治思想的阐发可见于《黄帝内经》其他多篇。笔者通过总结和归纳,发现《黄帝内经》分别从时代、地域、体质、时节、疾病、药物、医者等7个方面阐释了同病异治理论,深刻体现了中医学“人与天地相参”的人体观、“恒动常变”的疾病观、医患“标本相得”的治疗观。同病异治要求整体、动态、个体化地分析和治疗疾病,是一个充满思辨的过程,为中医奠定了临床治疗的思维导向,迄今仍具有现实指导意义。Inner Canon of Huangdi first put forward " same disease while different treatment",which can be found in Su Wen·Bingtai Lunpian( Plain Questions·Discussion on the manifestations of Diseases) and Suwen·Wuchangzheng Dalunpian(Plain Questions·Major Discussion on the Administration of Five-Motions).However,the elucidation of “same disease while different treatment” can be found in other chapters of the book.Through summarization and induction,the author found that Inner Canon of Huangdi explained the idea of “same disease while different treatment” from seven aspects:era,region,constitution,time,disease,medicine and doctor,which profoundly embodies the human body view of " the human body being closely related to the Heaven and Earth",the disease view of " constantly changing" and the treatment view of “the harmony of Biao(doctors) and Ben(patients)” in traditional Chinese medicine.“Same disease while different treatment” requires holistic,dynamic and individualized analysis and treatment of diseases,which is a process full of speculation,laid the foundation of the thinking orientation for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and still has practical guiding significance.
