《百病问对辨疑》学术思想探析

摘　　要：《百病问对辨疑》五卷,为明代医家张昶所著,现存明万历九年(1581)曲沃张学诗刻本,为中国中医科学院图书馆藏孤本。是书采用问答体形式,以内科常见病证为纲,每证之下针对临床常见疾病的疑难问题,予以答疑解惑,包括疾病的病名、病因、病机、主证、兼证、鉴别、治法、方药等内容。是书阐发了“五劳、六极、七伤”学说,提出了虚劳病机统归肾经一脏的理论。书中所蕴含的重视痰病辨治、调治老人疾病重脾胃、染病之人薄淡滋味、反对滥补、重视调摄等思想至今仍有益于临床。The five volumes of Bai Bing Wen Dui Bian Yi were written by Zhang Chang,a physician in the Ming Dynasty.The existing block copy of Zhang Xueshi in Quwo in the ninth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty(1581) is an orphan in the library of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.This book is in the form of questions and answers,with common diseases and syndromes in internal medicine as the key link.Under each syndrome,the difficult problems of common clinical diseases are answered and puzzled,including the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,main symptoms,concurrent symptoms,identification,Treatments,prescriptions,etc.It was the book that expounded the theory of "Wulao,Liuji,Qishang",and put forward the theory that consumption belongs to one viscera of the kidney meridian.The ideas contained in the book,such as attaching importance to the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm,regulating and treating diseases of the elderly with severe spleen and stomach,weak taste in the sick,opposing excessive tonic,and attaching importance to regulating photography are still beneficial to clinical practice.
