摘　　要：山慈菇作为一味清热解毒药,具有清热解毒、化痰散结等功效,传统上常用于治疗痈肿疔毒、瘰疬痰核、蛇虫咬伤、癥瘕痞块等。近年来,随着对山慈菇及其提取物生物活性研究的不断深入,其抗肿瘤、抗氧化、增强免疫、抗痛风及降脂降糖等药理作用受到广泛关注。山慈菇在呼吸、消化、内分泌代谢等系统疾病治疗方面疗效确切,临床应用前景广阔。故文章通过分析和总结山慈菇最新研究文献,从药理作用和临床应用方面进行综述,为后续进一步开发研究提供参考。As a heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine,Shancigu has the functions of clearing heat and detoxification,revolving phlegm,and dispersing knot.It is traditionally often used to treat carbuncle,scrofula,phlegm and nucleus,snake,and insect bites,abdominal mass,etc.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on the biological activities of Shancigu and its extracts,its anti-tumor,antioxidant,immune-enhancing,anti-gout,lipid-lowering,and glucose-lowering effects have attracted more attention.It is effective in the treatment of respiratory,digestive,endocrine,and metabolic diseases,and has a broad prospect of clinical application.Therefore,this article reviewed the Pharmacological effects and clinical application of the medicine by analyzing and summarizing the latest research literature,to provide a reference for further development and research.
