摘　　要：在产教深度融合背景下,本文系统地论述了当前高职教育的产业需求、政策导向和个体要求,并结合数据分析探讨了河北省高职教育产教融合发展现状,指出了人才培养过程中存在的突出问题。在此基础上,以石家庄邮电职业技术学院邮政通信管理专业群为例,剖析了产教深度融合背景下河北省高等职业教育人才培养模式。最后,围绕提高人才培养质量,推进科技创新与产学研合作,以及加强机构改革与师资培养三方面,提出了河北省高职应用技能型人才培养的针对性对策。Under the background of deep integration of industry and education,this paper systematically discusses the current industrial demand,policy orientation and individual requirements of higher vocational education.Based on data analysis,this paper discusses the current situation of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education in Hebei Province and points out the prominent problems in the process of talent training.On this basis,taking the postal communication management specialty group of Shijiazhuang Posts and Telecommunications Technical College as an example,this paper analyzes the talent training mode of higher vocational education in Hebei Province under the background of deep integration of industry and education.Finally,focusing on improving the quality of talent training,promoting technological innovation and industry-university-research cooperation,and strengthening institutional reform and teacher training,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the cultivation of applied skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province.
