本科高校定位的动态调整策略研究

摘  要:从国内外研究的现状出发,运用文献研究法、类比分析、系统分析等方法,以可持续发展的视角,把本科高校划分为新办、合格评估、审核评估、具有专业硕士学位授予权、具有博士学位授予权、创建世界一流大学等不同的起点或发展阶段,指出本科高校办学定位存在的问题,归纳问题产生的原因。强调高校要明确办学定位,打造自己的特色和品牌,在不同阶段应该有所为有所不为。提出本科高校在“办学类型”“办学层次”“学科专业”“服务面向”“培养目标”“发展目标”“办学特色”等方面的定位策略和动态调整的机制。Starting from the current research status both domestically and internationally,using methods such as literature research,analogical analysis,and systematic analysis,and from the perspective of sustainable development,undergraduate universities are divided into different starting points or development stages,such as newly established,qualifiedly evaluated,examined and evaluated,authorized for specialty master’s degrees,authorized for doctoral degrees,and created to be world-class universities.The problems existing in university orientation and the reasons for the problems are pointed out.It is emphasized that universities should make clear their education orientation,build their own characteristics and brands,find out what they should do and should not do at different stages.The positioning strategy and dynamic adjustment mechanism of universities are put forward in terms of“education type”“education level”“discipline and specialty”“service orientation”“training objectives”“development objectives”and“education characteristics”.
