摘　　要：功能性帕金森综合征系心理因素而非神经系统器质性病变导致的帕金森综合征,严重影响患者日常功能和生活质量。由于与帕金森病的部分症状存在重叠,故在临床诊断过程中易漏诊或误诊,因此早期识别和准确诊断对制定治疗方案和预后至关重要。本文总结功能性帕金森综合征的阳性症状与体征以及辅助检查在诊断与鉴别诊断中的作用,比较其与原发性帕金森病的鉴别特点,以提高临床医师对疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断以及治疗能力。Functional parkinsonism(FP)is a disorder caused by psychological factors rather than neurodegeneration.Functional parkinsonism has a great influence on patients'quality of life and daily function.However,due to overlapping with some of the symptoms of Parkinson's disease(PD),the diagnosis of functional parkinsonism is often delayed or omitted.Early identification and diagnosis of functional parkinsonism is challenging and crucial to the treatment and prognosis of patients.This review summarizes the importance of clinical positive signs and auxiliary examinations in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of functional parkinsonism.The differences of clinical features between functional parkinsonism and PD were compared in detail.This review aims to improve clinicians'diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment capabilities of functional parkinsonism.
