摘　　要：目的 分析态度-定义-开放思维-计划-实施(attitude-definition-open mind-planning-try it out,ADOPT)模式护理干预对前牙外伤患者即刻种植修复效果的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年5月在战略支援部队特色医学中心收治的200例前牙外伤即刻种植患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组应用常规种植护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用ADOPT模式护理干预。比较分析两组患者种植术后种植体边缘骨吸收情况、并发症发生情况及主观满意度。结果 种植术后3、6个月,观察组患者种植体边缘骨吸收量均小于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,而主观满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 ADOPT模式护理干预应用在牙外伤患者即刻种植修复效果较佳,减少并发症的发生且提高患者主观满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of ADOPT nursing intervention on immediate implant repair in patients with front dental trauma.Method 200 patients with dental trauma who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table.The patients in the control group received conventional planting nursing,while the patients in the observation group received ADOPT nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The bone resorption of implant margin,complications and subjective satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result At 3 months,6 months implantation,the bone resorption at the implant edge in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The application of ADOPT mode nursing intervention in the immediate implantation of patients with traumatic front tooth fracture has a better repair effect,which can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the patients' subjective satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
