摘 要:为了研究不同木粉配比对木塑复合材料切削性能的影响,避免木塑复合材料加工过程中高能耗和加工质量差的问题,试验采用直齿圆柱铣削方式,以木粉含量、每齿进给量和切削深度为变量,研究不同木粉含量对木塑复合材料铣削的性能影响。在每齿进给量和切削深度相同的情况下,四种不同木粉配比的木塑复合材料切削力大小为:WPC(木粉55%)<WPC(木粉50%)<WPC(木粉40%)<WPC(木粉70%);四种不同木粉配比的木塑复合材料切削温度和表面粗糙度的大小为:WPC(木粉40%)<WPC(木粉50%)<WPC(木粉55%)<WPC(木粉70%)。在木塑复合材料的实际生产过程中,木粉含量较少时,高转速和高切削深度时工件表面质量最佳,可以选用的参数为切削深度1.5 mm和每齿进给量0.5 mm/Z,可以提高加工效率。木粉含量较多时,切削深度0.5 mm时,每齿进给量应在0.3 mm/Z以下才能满足加工质量的要求。In order to study the influence of different wood powder ratios on the cutting performance of WPC,the problems of high energy consumption and poor processing quality in WPC processing were avoided.The test adopts the straight-tooth cylindrical milling method and uses the wood powder ratio,the feed per tooth,and the cutting depth as variables,and studies the milling performance of wood-plastic composites under different wood powder ratio.In the case of the same feed per tooth and cutting depth,the cutting force of WPC(wood powder 55%)<WPC(wood powder50%)<WPC(wood 40%)<WPC(wood70%).The cutting temperatures and the surface roughness of WPC(wood powder 40%)<WPC(wood powder 50%)<WPC(wood powder 55%)<WPC(wood powder 70%)with four different wood powder ratios.The surface roughness increases with increasing cutting depth and decreases with increasing spindle speed.In the actual production process of wood plastic composite,the workpiece surface quality is the best at high rotation speed and high cutting depth when the wood powder content is small.The parameters can be selected as cutting depth of 1.5 mm and feed per tooth of 0.5 mm/Z,and the machining efficiency is improved.When the wood powder content is large and the cutting depth is 0.5 mm,the feed per tooth should be below 0.3 mm/Z to ensure the machining quality.
