发动机电喷系统的常见故障诊断和诊断分析

摘　　要：随着社会经济水平的提高,科学技术也得到了飞速发展,机电一体化产品制造技术也获得了飞跃式发展。当前诸多电控技术已经被广泛应用到车辆中。主要分析电喷发动机电控系统的常见故障诊断和检修方法,以发动机电喷系统故障诊断作为切入点,分析发动机电控系统产生常见故障的特征、发动机电控系统元件故障,并提出修理要点。With the improvement of social and economic level,science and technology have also been developed rapidly,and the manufacturing technology of electromechanical products has also been developed by leaps and bounds.At present,many electronic control technologies have been widely used in vehicles.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the common fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of the electronic control system of the electronic injection engine.Taking the fault diagnosis of the electronic injection system of the engine as the starting point,the characteristics of the common faults of the electronic control system of the engine and the fault of the components of the electronic control system of the engine are analyzed,and the repair points are proposed.
