摘　　要：针对沙漠治理问题设计了一种可自动播种的沙柳种植机器,利用湿法种植提高了沙柳树苗周围的土壤透水率,使其成活率显著提高,同时节省了人力资源,大大提高了种植效率。种植机采用齿轮齿条带动硬质水管的方式进行打洞注水,丝杆导轨机构保证打孔与落苗位置的统一,配合特制的同步带运送沙柳苗,最后通过摆动导杆落苗,保证其动作准确、稳定性高,对沙漠治理具有较大的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。Designed for desert control,a remote-operated cluster-controlled machine greatly improves the soil water permeability around Salix seedlings by wet planting,which greatly improves the survival rate,saves manpower and improves planting efficiency.This work uses rack and pinion to drive hard water pipe for hole filling and screw guide mechanism to ensure the unity of hole punching and seedling falling position,and carries Salix seedling with special synchronous belt.Finally,seedling falling is guaranteed by swinging guide rod to ensure its accurate action and high stability.Desert management has broad market prospects and significant social value.
