摘 要:为研究线上回收服务对再制造供应链决策的影响,分别构建线上回收商是否提供服务的博弈模型,分析服务影响系数的灵敏度,比较有、无线上服务两种情况的均衡定价和利润,并引入服务成本分担机制以改进供应链效率。研究结果表明,线上回收商可同时利用回收价格和服务两种手段,在与线下回收商的竞争中获取优势;线上服务不仅有益于线上回收商及再制造商,而且在某些条件下也能促进系统总利润甚至线下回收商利润的提升;服务成本分担机制能实现所有成员利润的Pareto改进。In order to research the impacts of online collection service on the decisions of a remanufacturing supply chain,the game models with and without online collector's service were developed and solved respectively.The sensitivity analyses of the service influence coefficient were conducted,the equilibrium prices and profits between two scenarios with and without online services were compared.Introducing a service cost allocation decision to improve supply chain efficiency.The research shows that online collector can use both recycling price and service to gain an advantage over offline collector.Online Service not only benefit online collector and remanufacturer,but also can contribute to total system profit and even offline collector profit under certain conditions.Pareto improvement of all members'profits can be achieved through a service cost allocation decision.
