摘  要:为了生产出密度更高、性能更好的冶金零件,提出冶金温压成形过程的有限元分析。先确立冶金温压成形制造平台整体结构,包括物流、能量流、信息流三个子系统;然后探究温压成形过程中的关键技术,综合分析润滑剂的选取要素,确保有限元分析过程不受制造工艺因素影响。为减少摩擦力的影响,利用牛顿定律构建颗粒接触模型,描述颗粒间运动过程,以减少摩擦。最后分别从温度场和电磁场两个角度研究温压过程中产生的热效应,通过拉格朗日算法建立热-机耦合有限元模型,该模型在满足能量守恒的基础上描述出整体增量应变和材料应变。有限元分析结果表明,零件的压坯密度与半径大小无关,但温度越高、摩擦因数越低,密度分布越均匀,生产的零件质量越好。In order to produce metallurgical parts with higher density and better performance,a finite element analysis of metallurgical warm press forming process is proposed.First establish the overall structure of the metallurgical warm press forming manufacturing platform,inclu⁃ding three subsystems of logistics,energy flow and information flow;then explore the key technologies in the warm press forming process,comprehensively analyze the selection factors of lubricants,and ensure that the finite element analysis process is not affected by manufacturing Process factors.In order to reduce the influence of friction,a particle contact model is constructed using Newton's law to describe the motion process between particles to reduce friction.Finally,the thermal effect generated in the process of temperature and pressure is studied from the perspectives of temperature field and electromagnetic field,and a thermal⁃mechanical coupled finite element model is established by Lagrang⁃ian algorithm.The model describes the overall incremental strain and material strain.The finite element analysis results show that the green density of the parts has nothing to do with the radius,but the higher the temperature,the lower the friction factor,the more uniform the densi⁃ty distribution,and the better the quality of the parts produced.
