摘  要:由于电炉温度控制过程中易受到外界干扰,导致温度控制速度、超调量的效果不理想。因此,提出一种基于单神经元PID的电炉加热多点温度自动控制方法。为了实现电炉加热多点温度控制,在电炉不同位置布置温度数字传感器。采集读取过程中得到传感器地址,使用二叉树遍历法搜索到总线挂载的传感器地址,完成温度采集。根据单神经元模型设计相应的学习算法,设计单神经元PID控制器。利用ZigBee技术搭建通信网络,搭建多备用链路的网络拓扑结构,完成基于单神经元PID的电炉加热多点温度自动控制方法的设计。仿真实验结果表明,设计的温度自动控制方法稳态过程的温度控制精度保持在±1℃内,超调量降低了5.23%。说明设计的方法在维持、稳定电炉内温度的速度、降低超调量等方面与传统方法相比有明显的优势。The effect of temperature control speed and overshoot is not ideal because of the external interference in the process of temperature control of electric furnace.Therefore,a multi⁃point temperature automatic control method of electric furnace heating based on single neuron PID is proposed.In order to realize multi⁃point temperature control of electric furnace heating,temperature digital sensors are arranged in dif⁃ferent positions of electric furnace.The sensor address is obtained during the acquisition and reading process,and the sensor address mounted on the bus is searched by the binary tree traversal method to complete the temperature acquisition.According to the single neuron model,the corresponding learning algorithm is designed,and the single neuron PID controller is designed.ZigBee technology is used to build the commu⁃nication network,build the network topology of multiple standby links,and complete the design of multi⁃point temperature automatic control method of electric furnace heating based on single neuron PID.The simulation results show that the temperature control accuracy of the de⁃signed automatic temperature control method is kept within±1℃,and the overshoot is reduced by 5.23%.It shows that the designed meth⁃od has obvious advantages compared with the traditional method in maintaining and stabilizing the temperature in the furnace and reducing the overshoot.
