校地融合视域下高校服务地方经济发展的实施路径研究——基于胶东五市的实证分析

摘　　要：实施校地融合发展,发挥高校的功能及其在地方经济社会发展中的作用已成为各界共识。结合高校服务地方经济发展的必要性与存在问题,在对胶东五市高等教育与地方经济发展耦合协调水平进行测度的基础上得出结论:胶东五市高教子系统与经济子系统的发展促进两者整体耦合协调度的提升,在构建校地融合的背景下,高教子系统的综合发展水平会持续提升,最终与经济子系统的综合发展水平实现同步发展。最后从建立校地对接互动的体制机制、提高高校科研与产业发展匹配度、开展高校服务地方经济贡献度评估、推动产教融合服务地方经济以及加快集聚优质高等教育资源等方面对具体的实施路径进行了探讨。It has become the consensus of all circles to carry out the integrated development of the school and the place and give full play to the function of the university and its role in the local economic and social development.Combining the necessity and existing problems of colleges and universities serving local economic development,based on the measurement of the coupling coordination level of higher education and local economic development in Jiaodong five cities,the conclusion is drawn:The development of the higher education subsystem and the economic subsystem in the five cities of Jiaodong promotes the improvement of the overall coupling and coordination degree of the two.Under the background of constructing the integration of school and local,the comprehensive development level of the higher education subsystem will continue to improve,and finally achieve synchronous development with the comprehensive development level of the economic subsystem.Finally,the paper discusses the specific implementation path from the aspects of establishing the system and mechanism of university-local docking,improving the matching degree between scientific research and industrial development,evaluating the contribution degree of colleges and universities in serving local economy,promoting the integration of industry and education in serving local economy,and accelerating the gathering of high-quality higher education resources.
