摘 要:不确定性知识范式要求大学完成教学范式的整体性转换,以适应经济社会对复合型高素质人才的需求。在把握不确定性知识背景下高校复合型人才培养改革诉求的基础上,探讨既有人才培养过程中存在的困境,继而提出高质量复合型人才培养的实现路径。研究表明:面向不确定性知识的复合型人才培养倡导学生具备创造性思维、主动性学习、个性化发展,但大学教育滞留在确定性知识范式之中,潜在的结果是教育理念追求确定性知识,教育内容崇尚专业化知识,教育改革缺乏超验性知识,由此造成“内卷化”和“反卷化”并存的现象。实现面向不确定性知识的复合型人才培养,大学需要回归本体,以范式转换促进教育理念转变;回归主体,以人本逻辑促进教育内容整合;回归整体,以师生互动促进教育改革发展。The paradigm of uncertain knowledge requires universities to complete the whole transformation of teaching paradigm in order to meet the needs of the economy and society for compound high-quality talents.On the basis of grasping the reform demands of compound talents training in colleges and universities under the background of uncertain knowledge,this paper discusses the difficulties in the process of training existing talents,and then puts forward the realization path of high-quality compound talents training.The research shows that the multi-disciplinary talent training for uncertain knowledge advocates that students should have creative thinking,proactive learning and personalized development.However,university education is stuck in the paradigm of definite knowledge.The potential result is that the educational concept pursues definite knowledge,the educational content advocates specialized knowledge,and the educational reform lacks transcendental knowledge.As a result,the phenomenon of“involution”and“de-involution”coexist.To realize compound talents training oriented towards uncertain knowledge,universities need to return to ontology and promote the transformation of educational ideas by paradigm transformation;to return to the main body and to promote the integration of educational content with humanistic logic;and to return to the whole with teacher-student interaction to promote education reform and development.
