摘  要:补光灯可以有效解决我国北方冬季设施温室中普遍存在寡照、连阴,无法满足植物日常生长需要,影响产量和品质的问题。本文研发了一种基于作物生长的智能补光控制系统,包括本地硬件控制设备和云端服务软件系统两部分,硬件与软件之间通过4G连接,在确保硬件安全性基础上充分考虑用户使用习惯,实现了LED补光灯的本地面板、本地智能、远程APP和远程智能控制,并结合作物生长情况制定了科学合理的补光策略。在草莓温室开展对比试验,证实该控制设备能够持续、稳定的对补光灯进行启停操作,数据传输稳定,平均响应时长1.28 s,能够满足日常生产实际使用需要。通过补光灯的引入,相比于对照区域,使用补光灯种植的温室草莓单果质量提升不少于7%,成熟果个数增加超过15%。本文提出的设备、系统和方法,可以有效辅助生产,借助补光灯达到提前上市,增产增收的效果。In northern China,insufficient light is common in facility greenhouses,which cannot meet the daily production needs of plants,affecting the yield and quality.This paper had developed an intelligent light fill control system according to crop growth,including local hardware control equipment and cloud service software system.Through 4G connection between hardware and software,it supported a variety of control modes of LED fill light,and fully considers hardware security and ease of use.A scientific and reasonable light-filling strategy was developed according to the crop growth.The experiment in the strawberryproved that the device could continuously and stably control the fill light,the data transmission was stable,and the average response time was 1.28 seconds,which can meet the practical needs of production.Through the introduction of fill light,compared with the CK area,the weight of single fruit increased by no less than 7%,and the number of ripe fruits increased by more than 15%.The devices,systems,and methods proposed in this article can effectively assist in production,achieving the effects of early market entry,increased production,and increased income with the help of supplementary lighting.
