通关藤注射液联合替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗直肠癌41例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通关藤注射液联合替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗直肠癌的疗效。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年1月我院收治的直肠癌患者83例,将其随机分为对照组42例和观察组41例。对照组患者给予替吉奥和奥沙利铂化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上联合通关藤注射液治疗,2组患者均治疗6周,比较2组患者的疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者疾病控制率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者血清CEA、CA72-4、CA19-9水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者血清CEA、CA72-4和CA19-9水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用通关藤注射液联合替吉奥和奥沙利铂治疗直肠癌具有较好的疗效,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者生活质量,安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Tongguanteng injection(a TCM formula)combined with Tijiao(Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsutes)and Oxaliplatin in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods Randomly divided 83 rectal cancer patients treated in author's hospital(2021-06-2023-01)into control group(42 cases,received the chemotherapy of Tijiao plus oxaliplatin)and observation group(41 cases,based on control group,added with Tongguanteng injection);both therapies lasted 6 weeks;then,compared both groups effect,the levels of tumor markers,patients quality of life,and unward reaction status.Results After treatment in the disease-controlled rate and total effective rate observa-tion group were higher than control group(P<0.05);in pre-treatment's levels of CEA,CA72-4,and CA19-9 there were no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,after treatment both groups levels of above factors were significantly declined(P<0.05),also,observation group's ones were lower than control groups ones(P<0.05);after treatment patients quality of life in observation group got significantly improved than that in control group(P<0.05);the unward reaction incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy used in observation group has better effect than the therapy used in control group,in reducing tumor mark-er's levels,enhancing patients'quality of life,and having higher safety.
