摘  要:试验旨在探究亲鸽饲粮添加不同硒源对乳鸽免疫性能、抗氧化功能及肠道形态发育的影响。选取384只健康且体重相近的1日龄乳鸽,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只乳鸽,由亲鸽以“2+4”的模式哺喂。对照组(C组)亲鸽饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.3 mg/kg(以硒计)的亚硒酸钠(SS组)、酵母硒(SY组)和纳米硒(NS组)。试验期28 d。结果显示,与C组相比,不同硒源组乳鸽回肠分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIgA)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),SY组和NS组乳鸽血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与C组相比,不同硒源组乳鸽血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著下降(P<0.05);NS组乳鸽血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著下降(P<0.05);SY组和NS组乳鸽血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著上升(P<0.05)。与C组相比,不同硒源组乳鸽回肠T-SOD活性均显著上升(P<0.05);NS组乳鸽回肠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著上升(P<0.05);SY组和NS组乳鸽回肠GSH-Px和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶2(GPX2)活性均显著上升(P<0.05),MDA含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,SS组与NS组乳鸽回肠绒毛高度显著上升(P<0.05),SY组乳鸽隐窝深度显著下降(P<0.05),不同硒源组乳鸽绒隐比均显著上升(P<0.05)。对照组乳鸽的肠绒毛发育不良,各试验组乳鸽肠绒毛发育较为完善。研究表明,亲鸽饲粮添加不同硒源能够提高乳鸽免疫性能和抗氧化功能并调节肠道形态发育,其中酵母硒和纳米硒的效果相对更好。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different selenium sources in parent pigeons diet on immune performance,antioxidant function and intestinal morphology of squabs.A total of 384 healthy one-day-old young pigeons with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 16 young pigeons in each replicate.They were fed by the parent pigeons in a'2+4'pattern.Pigeons in control group(C group)were fed with basal diet,and pigeons in experimental groups were fed with basal diets supplemented with 0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite(SS group),yeast selenium(SY group)and nano-selenium(NS group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with group C,the ileal sIgA content of squabs in different selenium source groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and serum IgA content of squabs in SY group and NS group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with C group,serum T-SOD activity of squabs in different selenium source groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum LDH activity of squabs in NS group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum GSH-Px activity of squabs in SY group and NS group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with C group,T-SOD activity in ileal of squabs in different selenium source groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).T-AOC in ileal of squabs in NS group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Activity of GSH-Px and GPX2 in ileum of squabs in SY group and NS group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the villus height in ileum of squabs in SS group and NS group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the crypt depth of squabs in SY group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the feather crypt ratio of squabs in different selenium source groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The intestinal villi of control group were dysplasia,and the intestinal villi of experim
