摘　　要：桑叶作为一种非常规饲料原料,其营养价值和饲用价值较高,富含蛋白质、维生素和矿物质元素等营养成分。桑叶含有多种有益于动物机体健康的天然活性物质,如生物碱、黄酮、多酚等化合物,能够提高动物的生长性能和抗氧化能力,调节糖脂代谢和肠道菌群平衡。文章主要综述了桑叶的营养价值、生物学功能及其在肉兔生产中的应用研究进展,旨为在动物生产中科学合理利用桑叶提供参考。As an unconventional feed raw material,mulberry leaf has high nutritional value and feeding value,which is rich in nutrients such as protein,vitamins and mineral elements.Mulberry leaf contains a variety of natural active substances beneficial to animal health,such as alkaloids,flavonoids,polyphenols and other compounds.It can improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of animals,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and intestinal flora balance.The paper mainly reviews the nutritional value,biological function and application of mulberry leaves in meat rabbit production,aiming to provide reference for scientific and rational use of mulberry leaves.
