交互式电动牙刷对正畸青少年菌斑控制的评价

摘　　要：目的:评估正在进行固定正畸治疗的青少年患者使用手动牙刷、普通电动牙刷、交互式电动牙刷控制菌斑的效果。方法:将75名正在进行固定正畸治疗的青少年随机分为手动、普通电动、交互式电动牙刷3组。分别在第0、2、6周测量患者的改良牙菌斑指数,并通过问卷评估患者刷牙的积极性及刷牙时长。结果:在2、6周时,与手动牙刷组相比,电动牙刷组及交互式电动牙刷组控制菌斑效果更好(P<0.05),同时交互式电动牙刷组更优于普通电动牙刷组(P<0.05)。与手动牙刷及电动牙刷组相比,交互式电动牙刷组患者的刷牙时长及积极性显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:使用电动牙刷可以更有效地帮助青少年正畸患者清除牙菌斑,而交互式电动牙刷可以提高患者刷牙依从性,控制菌斑效果最佳。Objective:To evaluate the effect of manual toothbrush,ordinary electric toothbrush,and interactive electric toothbrush on plaque control for fixed orthodontic adolescents.Methods:Seventy-five adolescents with fixed orthodontic appliances were randomly divided into manual,ordinary electric,and interactive electric toothbrush groups.Modified plaque index was measured after 0,2,and 6 weeks,and the brushing times and motivation were assessed through questionnaires.Results:Compared with manual group,the ordinary electric and interactive electric toothbrush groups had significantly more plaque index reduction after 2 and 6 weeks,and the interactive electric group was better than the ordinary electric group(P<0.05).The brushing times and motivation of interactive electric groups increased significantly compared with other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric toothbrushes can effectively help fixed orthodontic adolescents to remove dental plaque.Interactive electric toothbrush can improve the motivation of tooth brushing and get better plaque control effect.
