摘 要:对日本寒冷地区板式无砟轨道砂浆层病害成因、劣化机理、检查方法、判断标准、保护措施、维修技术等进行归纳总结,比较各类方法及标准的优劣,以期为我国高速铁路无砟轨道运维提供参考。研究结论:冻融循环作用是寒冷地区砂浆层劣化主要原因,劣化后长期受列车反复荷载作用会影响正常使用;落锤试验法和敲击回音法均可判断离缝是否出现,而敲击回音法更适合向机械化与智能化方向发展。此外,本文对不同维修指标对应的评价标准进行梳理,并根据不同病害位置分类归纳维修方法,以针对性提供养护维修应用方案。This paper summarizes the causes,deterioration mechanisms,inspection methods,judgment criteria,protection measures and maintenance techniques of mortar layer defects in slab ballastless track in cold areas of Japan.It also compares the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and criteria to provide reference for the operation and maintenance of ballastless track of high-speed railway in China.The research conclusions are as follows:the freeze-thaw cycle is the main cause of deterioration of mortar layers in cold areas,and that long-term repeated loading by trains after deterioration will affect normal performance.A portable FWD test and a hammering test can be used to determine whether gaps occur,and the hammering test is more applicable to mechanization and intelligence.In addition,the maintenance criteria corresponding to different maintenance indexes are sorted out in the paper,and the maintenance methods are also categorized according to different defect locations to provide a targeted application scheme for maintenance and repair.
