摘 要:新建成兰铁路跃龙门隧道为特长型双洞分修深埋隧道,设计工期长,施工阶段机械化设备行走对仰拱填充质量影响严重。为减少施工机械对仰拱填充的影响、保证仰拱施工质量,施工阶段仰拱填充采用预留找平层方式。预留找平层为后浇施工,在结合面处易出现层间滞水,对运营阶段无砟轨道道床稳定性埋下安全隐患。基于此,提出找平层施工过程采取“引排结合”的排水技术措施方案,即通过在找平层单侧增设泄水槽+层间埋设斜向透水盲管的组合形式,将层间水分段排放至施工联络横通道和排水辅助坑道后集中排出。工程实践表明,所采取技术措施效果显著,能够保证无砟轨道道床在运营期间的稳定。The new Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway Leaping Dragon Gate Tunnel is a deep buried tunnel with extra-long double cavern repair,designed for a long construction period,and the construction stage mechanized equipment walking has a serious impact on the quality of the inverted arch filling.In order to reduce the impact of construction machinery on the filling of the inverted arch and ensure the quality of the construction of the inverted arch,the construction stage of the filling of the inverted arch using the reserved leveling layer method.The reserved leveling layer is post-cast construction,and it is easy to have inter-layer water stagnation at the joint surface,which will lay a safety hazard to the stability of ballastless track bed in operation stage.In this regard,the scheme of“lead drainage combined”drainage technical measures is put forward for the construction process of the leveling layer,which is a combination of adding a drainage channel on one side of the leveling layer and embedding inclined permeable blind pipes between layers.The inter-layer water is discharged in sections into the construction connection cross passage and drainage auxiliary pit and then discharged centrally.Engineering practice shows that this technical measure is effective and can ensure the stability of the ballastless track bed during operation.
