摘　　要：梅州历来是广东省的茶叶主产区,其茶叶生产历史悠久,早在清代就曾盛产梅县清凉山茶等九大地方历史名茶,其品质独特鲜明。近年来,梅州市委、市政府高度重视茶产业发展,从全方位发力,多措并举推动了梅州茶产业发展。截至2022年年底,梅州全市茶叶种植面积达21967 hm^(2)(约占广东全省的22.1%),总产量27700 t(占全省的17.3%)。概述了梅州茶产业发展的历史及“十三五”以来的发展现状,分析了梅州茶产业当前存在的主要问题及今后5~10 a的发展趋势,并从“品种、品质、品类、品位、品牌”方面提出了支撑梅州茶产业高质量发展的对策和建议。Meizhou has always been the main tea producing area in Guangdong Province,with a long history of tea production.As early as the Qing Dynasty,it was rich in nine historical famous teas,including Meixian Qingliang Mountain Tea,with unique and distinct quality.In recent years,Meizhou Municipal Party Committee and Meizhou Municipal Government have attached great importance to the development of the tea industry,and have taken multiple measures to promote the development of the tea industry in Meizhou from many perspectives.By the end of 2022,the tea planting area in the city is 21967 hm^(2)(accounting for about 22.1%of the province),with a production capacity of 27700 t(accounting for 17.3%of the province).The authors summarized the history of the development of Meizhou tea industry and the current development status since the 13th Five Year Plan,analyzed the main problems currently existing in Meizhou tea industry and the development trend in the next 5~10 years,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions to support the high-quality development of Meizhou tea industry from the aspects of variety,quality,category,taste and brand.
