2016、2022年甘孜州高中阶段藏、汉、彝族学生视力低下状况分析

摘　　要：目的:对2016年和2022年甘孜州不同特征高中阶段学生视力低下情况进行分析,为今后更好地开展学生视力低下防控工作提供参考依据。方法:以生源覆盖全州18个县的1所中学和1所中等职业学校的学生为调查对象,调取其2016年和2022年视力检测相关数据,按照性别、地区、民族对数据进行统计分析。结果:2016年甘孜州高中阶段学生视力低下检出人数为1083人,视力低下检出率为64.58%;2022年视力低下检出人数为1026人,视力低下检出率为64.45%。2016年和2022年男生视力低下检出率分别为58.52%和57.61%,均低于女生(71.01%和70.84%);城市学生视力低下检出率分别为72.26%和72.91%,均高于农村学生(60.28%和59.50%)。2016年、2022年视力低下及重度视力低下检出率均为汉族学生最高、藏族次之、彝族最低。2016年、2022年不同性别、地区学生,中度、重度视力低下检出率均为女生高于男生、城市高于农村。除彝族学生外,2016年、2022年藏、汉族学生视力低下程度均为轻度人数占比最低,重度人数占比最高。结论:甘孜州不同特征高中阶段学生视力低下差异可能与学生生活环境、生活方式、电子产品的使用时间等因素有关,应多措并举,减少高中阶段学生视力低下情况的发生。OBJECTIVE To provide theoretical reference for the prevention and control of poor visual acuity by studying the difference of different characteristics of high school students in Ganzi Prefecture.METHODS Objects of investigation:students from 18 counties were enrolled in high school,one in ordinary middle school and one in secondary vocational school.Data sources:relat⁃ed data of visual acuity test in 2016 physical examination and data of special visual acuity monitoring project in 2022,according to gender,urban and rural areas,ethnic classification statistical analysis.RESULTS The prevalence rates of poor vision in 2016 and 2022 were 64.58%and 64.45%,respectively.Girls were higher than boys in both sexes.Between urban and rural areas,urban was higher than rural.Among ethnic groups,the Han nationality was the highest,followed by the Tibetan nationality,and the Yi nationality was the lowest.The degree of poor vision was as follows:there was no difference between the sexes and between urban and rural ar⁃eas.The prevalence of moderate and severe impaired vision was similar to that in 2016 and 2022.CONCULSION The different char⁃acteristics of poor visual acuity of high school students in Ganzi prefecture may be related to the living environment,life style and the use time of electronic products and other factors,so we should take multiple measures to reduce the occurrence of poor visual acuity.
