论“双碳”目标下工程共同体的伦理责任问题

摘　　要：“双碳”目标的提出,是基于生态文明建设而制定的重要发展战略,也给工程共同体提出了新的伦理责任要求。政府政策制定与实施不到位、企业低碳转型存在利益冲突、工程师难以合理开发与运用低碳技术是工程共同体面临的主要伦理责任问题。这些问题主要是因工程共同体伦理责任意识不强、工程共同体伦理规范不完善和监督体系不健全造成的。通过加强“双碳”工程共同体的伦理责任意识、完善低碳建设的伦理原则以及健全伦理责任监督体系,以降低和防范工程伦理风险,实现工程之善。The“double carbon”goal is an important development strategy based on the concept of sustainable development,and also puts forward new ethical responsibility requirements to the engineering community.At present,the major ethical responsibility issues facing the engineering community are the inadequacy of government policy formulation and implementation,the conflict of interest in low-carbon transformation of enterprises,and the difficulty of engineers in rational development and application of low-carbon technologies.These problems are caused by the imperfection of the engineering community’s own consciousness,its external ethics and supervision system.By strengthening the ethical responsibility consciousness of the“double carbon”project community,perfecting the ethical principles of low-carbon construction and perfecting the ethical responsibility supervision system,we can reduce and prevent the ethical risks of the project,and realize the good of the project.
