摘 要:学校文化并不是我们常说的校园文化,而是有更深层次的精神内涵。“企业文化理论之父”埃德加·沙因的层次文化模型理论将组织文化分为三个层次,第一个层次是“人工制品”,第二层次是“规范、价值观”,第三个层次是“基本隐性假设”,而基本隐性假设是组织文化的核心或精华。基于沙因的组织文化三个层次理论,本文以北京市丰台区第二中学(以下简称丰台二中)为样本,结合构建丰台二中尚品文化建设的具体实践,分析一般学校文化建设的层次结构问题,为厘清学校文化的脉络、理顺学校文化层次、构建各类学校独特的文化提供参考。School culture refers to a deep spiritual connotation instead of campus culture.Edgar H.Schein,the father of the theory of organizational culture,divided organizational culture into three different levels:artifacts at the top,espoused values in the middle,and basic underlying assumptions which are the core or essence of organizational culture at the bottom.Based on Schein’s theory of three levels of organizational culture,this paper takes Beijing Fengtai No.2 High School as a sample.Integrating the practice of the pursuit of the nobility in education in Fengtai No.2 High School,it analyzes the level structure of culture construction in common schools and provides reference for clarifying the development of school culture,straightening out the level of school culture and constructing the unique culture of various schools.
