摘　　要：在“互联网+”的影响下,新媒体业务快速发展,直播已成为新媒体营销的重要手段。高校新媒体直播基地的建设与运营因与企业性质不同,具有一定的特殊性。文章通过对高校新媒体直播基地的建设与运营分析,结合行业直播基地的运营模式分析。提出了高校新媒体直播基地建设与运营的优化路径。高校新媒体直播基地的建设与运营应彰显创新创业孵化平台的功能,通过明确基地定位,完善配套设施与服务,强化基地服务区域经济发展能力的方式,促进基地经济效用和社会效用的充分发挥。Under the influence of"Internet plus",new media business has developed rapidly,and live broadcast has become an important means of new media marketing.The construction and operation of new media live broadcast base in colleges and universities have certain particularity because of its different nature from that of enterprises.This paper analyzes the construction and operation of the new media live broadcast base in colleges and universities,combined with the operation mode of the industry live broadcast base.Put forward the optimization path of the construction and operation of new media live broadcast base in colleges and universities.The construction and operation of the new media live broadcast base in colleges and universities should be built according to the functions of the innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platform.By defining the location of the base,improving the supporting facilities and services,and strengthening the ability of the base to serve the regional economic development,the base can fully play its economic and social role.
