摘　　要：针对W-9/350型空气压缩机调试运行中气体含油量指标偏高问题,分析了压缩机润滑油偏高原因,提出了设计挡油板、重置注油量等改进措施。经改进,有效控制了气体中含油量,提高了设备安全性和可靠性。Aiming at the problem of high gas oil content index in the commissioning operation of W-9/350 air compressor,the reasons of high lubricating oil in compressor are analyzed,and some improvement measures such as designing oil baffle and resetting oil injection volume are put forward.After improvement,the oil content index in the gas is controlled effectively,and the safety and reliability of the equipment are improved.
