摘　　要：我国建筑业安全事故频发,而引起事故的第一要因是人的不安全行为,且由于建筑工人群体的特殊性,不安全行为极易传播。为了抑制不安全行为的传播,探究其传播的影响因素,基于相关文献,通过专家咨询法、一线建筑工人问卷调查法,建立建筑工人不安全行为传播影响因素指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)对指标赋权,得出权重总排序,并采用决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)探究各因素之间的因果关系,并将AHP和DEMATEL的结果进行结合,得出各指标的综合影响度,提出控制不安全行为传播的对策建议。Safety accidents occur frequently in China's construction industry,with unsafe human behavior being the primary cause.Due to the unique characteristics of the construction workers,unsafe behavior spreads easily.Based on relevant literature,expert consultations,and frontline construction worker questionnaires,this study establishes an index system for the factors influencing the propagation of unsafe behavior among construction workers,which aims to suppress the propagation of unsafe behavior and explore the influencing factors.The Analytic Hierarchical Process(AHP)is utilized to assign weights to the indicators,determining the overall ranking of weights.The Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)method is applied to investigate the causal relationships among the factors.By combining the results derived from AHP and DEMATEL,the comprehensive impact of each indicator is derived.Finally,countermeasures are proposed to control the spread of unsafe behavior.
