摘　　要：新型毒品犯罪已成为现阶段青少年涉毒违法犯罪的主要类型。青少年群体沾染新型毒品存在家庭、学校、社会和个体的多元诱因,同时面临着人身危害性和风险衍生性的双重危机。新型毒品制售团伙针对青少年的喜好与特质,有针对性地采取了产品化生产、个性化改造、网络化贩运等产销方式,使之在青少年群体中得以广泛传播、渗透。开展新时期青少年群体禁毒工作应高度关注新型毒品发展变化,发挥“六大保护”各方力量的各自优势,加大对新型毒品犯罪的惩处力度,对不同程度的吸食者进行矫治,有效开展全员预防,加快形成面向青少年群体的新型毒品防治体系。New drug crimes have become the main type of juvenile delinquency involving drugs at this stage.Adolescent groups are exposed to multiple inducing factors such as family,school,society,and individuals,while facing a dual crisis of personal harm and risk derivatives.In response to the preferences and characteristics of young people,new drug manufacturing and sales gangs have targeted production and marketing methods such as product-based production,personalized transformation,and network trafficking,making it widely disseminated and infiltrated among young people.To carry out drug control work for young people in the new era,we should pay high attention to the development and changes of new drugs,give full play to the respective advantages of various forces in the“six major protections”,intensify the punishment of new types of drugs,treat drug users of different degrees,effectively carry out all-round prevention,and accelerate the formation of a new drug prevention and control system for young people.
