摘  要:针对现有大多数供电可靠性分析模型未考虑负荷特征的问题,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的可靠性分析模型.该模型利用模糊C均值聚类算法提取负荷特征并对其进行分类,并根据负荷差异性计算耦合度用于量化负荷匹配程度.同时,利用小生境技术改进的遗传算法求解供电可靠性最大化的问题模型,从而得到最佳的负荷调度方案.基于构建的区域电网平台对所提模型进行的实验结果表明,其综合评价值达到了96.189,且各个指标均较为理想.Aiming at the problem that most existing power supply reliability analysis models do not consider the load characteristics,a reliability analysis model based on the improved genetic algorithm was proposed.The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm was used to extract load characteristics and classify them,and calculate the coupling degree in terms of the load difference to quantify the load matching degree.At the same time,the genetic algorithm improved by niche technology was used to solve the problem model of maximizing power supply reliability for the best load scheduling scheme.According to the regional power grid platform,the experimental results of the as-proposed model show that the comprehensive evaluation value reaches 96.189,and each reliability index is satisfying.
