摘  要:锂电池快速、准确检测是保证锂电池自动化生产线高效运行及锂电池使用安全的重要前提,因此提出了水平、竖直双工位锂电池检测方案,针对竖直双工位锂电池检测方案开发配套控制系统及操作软件。采用模块化思想设计锂电池检测装置机械结构,包括工作平台模块、送料模块、探针侦测模块和扫码模块;设计了以“PC+PLC”为架构的电气控制系统;开发了控制系统初始化模块、状态监测模块和运动控制模块等操作软件;制作了样机,并开展锂电池检测实验。相关研究工作为锂电池自动化检测提供了新思路。Fast and accurate detection of lithium batteries is an important prerequisite to ensure the efficient operation of lithium battery automated production lines and the safety of lithium batteries.A horizontal and vertical double station lithium battery detection program is proposed,and a supporting control system and operating software is developed for the vertical double station lithium battery detection program.To dopt the modular design of the mechanical structure of the lithium battery detection device,including the working platform module,the feeding module,the probe detection module and the scan code module,the electrical control system is designed based on the“PC+PLC”architecture.The operating software is developed including control system initialization module,status monitoring module,motion control module,etc.The prototypes are made and lithium battery testing experiments are carried out.The research work provides new ideas for the realization of lithium battery detection automation.
