摘　　要：申请电磁兼容EMC检测实验室CNAS认可是提升实验室检测水平和影响力的有效途径,从实验室的筹建到质量管理体系的正式运行是一个漫长而复杂的过程,需要各方共同的支持和努力。首先,需要明确实验室从事的方向领域,根据方向领域及资金预算确定实验场所、必要的设施设备等基础性建设投入。然后,确定人员的需求,组建专业化的检测团队,并明确团队的组织结构,任命质量负责人、技术负责人、检测工程师等重要岗位人员,并制定其岗位职责。接着,由团队的质量负责人根据CNAS-CL01《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》等文件搭建实验室质量管理体系框架,其他成员配合其完成体系文件的构建工作,与此同时完成电磁兼容EMC典型试验项目,并形成文件化的记录。至此,开始试运行实验室质量管理体系,并根据运行情况及时做出优化调整,持续改进。对电磁兼容EMC检测实验室申请CNAS认可的重要环节和核心要素进行总结,并且对电磁兼容EMC典型试验的检测方法进行介绍和分析,有助于相关实验室申请CNAS认可。Applying for CNAS accreditation for electromagnetic compatibility EMC testing laboratory is an effective way to enhance the laboratory\s testing level and influence.From the establishment of the laboratory to the formal operation of the quality management system,it is a long and complex process that requires joint support and efforts from all parties.Firstly,it is necessary to clarify the direction and field of the laboratory,and determine basic construction investments such as experimental venues and necessary facilities and equipment based on the direction and budget.Then,the needs of personnel is determined,a professional testing team is established,the organizational structure of the team is clarified,important positions are appointed such as quality manager,technical manager,testing engineer,and their job responsibilities are formulated.Next,a laboratory quality management system framework is established by the quality leader of the team based on CNAS-CL01“Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Capability”and other documents.Other members cooperate with them to complete the construction of system documents,while also completing typical EMC test projects for electromagnetic compatibility and forming documented records.At this point,the trial operation of the laboratory quality management system can be started,and optimization and adjustment will be made in a timely manner based on the operation situation,with continuous improvement.The important links and core elements of applying for CNAS accreditation for electromagnetic compatibility EMC testing laboratories are summarized,and the testing methods of typical electromagnetic compatibility EMC tests are introduced and analyzed,which is helpful for relevant laboratories to apply for CNAS accreditation.
