摘　　要：过去的十年,人们对面部解剖的理解发生了很大变化。诸多微创面部年轻化治疗技术的不断出现促进面部解剖理论不断发展。现今,颞区相关手术向更小创伤、更高安全性的方向发展,对面神经颞支的解剖学研究不断深入。熟悉面神经颞支的走行方向、分支分布及其体表投影位置关系,对于保护面神经颞支及其分支免受损伤非常重要。该文就当前相关研究进行总结和分析,为头颈部整形与美容外科提供重要的形态学资料,在临床应用中具有一定的指导价值。Our understanding of facial anatomy has changed significantly over the past decade.With the emergence of numerous minimally invasive facial rejuvenation techniques,facial anatomy theory witnesses continuous development.Nowadays,temporal region-related surgeries are developing with trends of less trauma and higher safety,and further in-depth anatomical studies are conducted on the temporal branch of the facial nerve.Familiarity with the course direction,branch distribution,and position of body surface projection regarding the temporal branch of the facial nerve is crucial to protect these branches from injury.This article summarizes and analyzes the current relevant literatures thus provides critical morphological data for head and neck plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery,along with some guidance in clinical application.
