摘 要:为解决桥梁不均匀沉降而导致的桥梁结构安全性问题,桥梁结构常采用可调高支座代替普通桥梁支座,通过调节支座高度来补偿地基沉降导致的高差。本文针对当前可调高支座存在的调高行程较小,需要额外顶梁装置等问题,研究了一种液压顶升-螺纹协同调高支座,分析该支座的构造形式和调高原理,并以设计要求满足3000 kN竖向荷载和450 kN水平荷载的调高支座为例,通过理论计算、试验研究、数值模拟研究了该调高支座在荷载下的受力和变形情况,以及结构尺寸参数与支座承载力之间的关系,分析了不同高度下液压顶升-螺纹协同调高支座对实际桥梁结构的影响。结果表明:液压顶升-螺纹协同调高支座满足设计承载能力和调高功能的要求,可以消除基础沉降对桥梁结构所带来的力学影响。To solve the problem of bridge structure safety caused by uneven settlement of bridges,height-adjustable bearings are generally utilized in bridges to substitute conventional fixed-height bearings,which can compensate height difference resulted by uneven foundation settlement.In this paper,firstly,a hydraulic jacking-screw thread coordinated height adjustable bearing is designed.It aims to improve the range of height adjustment commonly used height-adjustable bearings and to solve the problem that additional beam lifting operations are required when using height-adjustable bearings.Then,taking a height-adjustable bearing that meets the design requirements of 3000 kN vertical load and 450 kN horizontal load as an example,its stress,deformation and the relationship between structural dimension parameters and bearing capacity are studied by theoretical calculation,experimental research and numerical simulation.Finally,the influence of hydraulic jacking-screw thread coordinated height adjustable bearing under different heights on the actual bridge structure is analyzed.The results show that the hydraulic jacking-screw thread coordinated height adjustable bearing can meet the requirements of the design bearing capacity and raising function,and can eliminate the mechanical influence of foundation settlement on bridge structure.
