摘 要:为明确曲线钢箱组合连续梁桥受力性能,本研究结合某实桥加载试验,进行了3种试验工况的加载测试,结合试验测试内容,采用梁格模型、三维空间模型进行了实桥应力状态及结构变形分析。对比试验及分析结果表明,边跨正弯矩中载工况下,三维空间模型应力值与梁格模型应力值吻合较好,偏差范围小于5%,实测钢梁底板拉应力低于计算值,与梁格模型计算值偏差范围为12%~15%;由于试验桥梁桥宽较小,边跨正弯矩偏载工况下,钢梁底板应力不均匀性增大幅度较小,内外梁应力差值仅为3.5 MPa,偏载效应并不突出;支点负弯矩加载工况下,梁格模型桥面板拉应力分析值介于三维空间模型与实测值之间,低于实测值。综上研究结果表明,梁格模型比较适用于桥宽较小的曲线钢箱组合梁桥分析。In order to clarify the mechanical performance of curved steel box composite girder bridge,three load tests under three test conditions are carried out in combination with a real bridge loading test.Combined with the test content,the grillage model and the three dimensional refined model are used for analysis.The comparison between the test and analysis results show that the stress value of the 3D fine model is slightly larger than that of the grillage model under the load condition of the positive bending moment of the side span,and the deviation range is less than 5%.The measured tensile stress of steel girder floor is lower than the calculated value,and the deviation range is 12%~15% from the calculated value of grillage model.Due to the small width of the test bridge and the biased load of the positive bending moment of the side span,the increase of the stress non-uniformity of the steel girder floor is 3.5MPa merely,and the biased load effect is not prominent.Under the load condition of negative moment at fulcrum,the stress analyzed by the grillage model is between the plate and shell model,while the value is 0.48MPa lower than the measured value.The research results show that the grillage model has good applicability in the analysis of curved steel box composite girder bridges with smaller bridge width.
